Our Country Inn is located in the picturesque Bohinj, surrounded by mountains, fresh air, and pastures that give our meats their unique taste. Under the guidance of Chef Timi Rožič, a true local expert, every step of the production process is carefully monitored to ensure perfect taste and quality.
The cured meats mature in technologically advanced drying chambers, then are carefully packaged to preserve their freshness and authenticity. Our products are available for purchase directly at the Country Inn, and at the Krpan store (Stara Fužina). We warmly invite all visitors to Bohinj to taste these authentic, locally inspired delicacies.
